USG offers two HMO healthcare plans, Anthem BlueChoice and Kaiser Permanente. The HMO plans have predictable costs (copays) and provide in-network coverage only (except for emergencies). Care typicallys must be coordinated for a primary care physician (PCP) and is limited to certain counties in Georgia. These plans may not be available at all campus locations.
