Healthcare Support

USG Healthcare enrolled members will receive healthcare and benefits support through your healthcare plan.   

  • Anthem Healthcare Support

    Anthem members will receive simplified and personalized support through the Total Health, Total You program. Anthem provides access to an advocate to help you navigate your healthcare — they’ll connect you to the right care and resources, at the right time. 

    Your Anthem advocate will help you:

    • Get quick answers to your questions. 
    • Connect with a nurse or health coach for guidance.
    • Find the right healthcare provider to meet your needs. 
    • Access tools and resources in your healthcare ecosystem. 
    • And, so much more. 

    We want to make it easy for you to achieve better health. That’s why your health plan includes tools, programs, and services that can help you stay on track with your health goals. You have access to preventive care benefits, condition management programs, health coaching, support tools, and more — all at no extra cost to you.  You can connect with an Anthem advocate by phone, chat or secure messaging.

    Health advocates - Health advocates work to understand your unique health needs and guide you to the right programs, tools, and resources that can help you be healthier.

    24/7 NurseLine - Registered nurses are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to discuss health concerns and help you figure out where to get care.

    Clinical support and care coordination - If you’re living with a health condition, registered nurses can help you manage symptoms, coordinate follow-up care, and review your medication so you can live a fuller life.

    Digital tools - Our SydneySM Health app makes it simple to receive health reminders, access benefit information, have a virtual care visit, and earn wellness rewards.

    Behavioral health - When you need help for your emotional well-being, Anthem can connect you to licensed professionals who offer confidential support, coordinate with your other healthcare providers, and direct you to local and online resources. You also can access digital support 24/7 through Sydney Health.

    Health team - You can receive extra support through a team of health professionals including nurses, social workers, dieticians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, exercise physiologists, and health coaches. Your health advocate can help you set this up.

    Building Healthy Families - Every family grows in its own unique way. Our digitally based, end-to-end program offers help for building a family from conception and pregnancy through early childhood parenting.

    Health rewards - You can earn rewards for completing activities that help you improve your health.

  • Connect with Anthem

    Connect to Anthem by downloading and registering via the Sydney HealthSM  app or call 1-800-424-8950 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. You can also chat with a Health Advocate via the Sydney Health app 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.

    How to download the Sydney HealthSM app:

    To get started, have your Anthem ID card ready. 

    1. Download the Sydney Health app and select Register New Account or go to anthem.com/register.
    2. Select your identification type (this is usually your member ID).
    3. Enter your plan ID number, full name and date of birth.
    4. Follow the one-time security prompt and create a username and password. (Use the same login information on the app and website.)
    5. Review your information to complete your registration.

    Use the Sydney Health app anytime to: 

    • Find care and compare costs.
    • See what’s covered and check claims.
    • View and use digital ID cards.
    • Check your plan progress.
    • Chat with a Health Advocate.

    Kaiser members receive customer service and healthcare support through Kaiser’s member services team.  At Kaiser, everything works together for one very important cause- you.

    Tools - Access to healthy resources and wellness classes at no additional cost

    Additional Perks -  like digital workout videos, wellness coaching, and access to self-care apps Calm, myStrength, Classpass, and Ginger for your mental health and resilience.
