2025 Open Enrollment

To learn about your 2025 benefits, visit the 2025 USG Open Enrollment website.

To confirm your enrollment selections, please go to the Faculty and Staff page and click Manage My Benefits.

Your benefits as of January 1, 2025 are in your Recommendations.  A Confirmation of Benefits statement can be found in your secure participant mailbox in the OneUSG Connect-Benefits enrollment portal.  

To make corrections to your enrollment selections and/or complete surcharge certifications, you must contact OneUSG Connect-Benefits.  

Online

• Go to the Faculty and Staff page and click Manage My Benefits.  Start a new help request and submit a ticket detailing your selections and surcharge status.  You will receive a Confirmation of Benefits statement reflecting your elections and certifications in your secure participant mailbox.
• Go to the Faculty and Staff page and click Manage My Benefits.  Start a web chat by clicking Need Help.  Submit a message detailing your selections and surcharge status.  You will receive a Confirmation of Benefits statement reflecting your elections and certifications in your secure participant mailbox.

By Phone

• Call 844-587-4236 and use the callback option to preserve your place in line and receive a call to complete your 2025 benefit elections and certifications.  You will receive a Confirmation of Benefits statement reflecting your elections and certifications in your secure participant mailbox.
• Call 844-587-4236 and hold for the next available representative to process your 2025 benefit elections and surcharge status.  You will receive a Confirmation of Benefits statement reflecting your elections and certifications in your secure participant mailbox.

Elections and certifications for 2025 must be completed by Dec 31, 2024.
